Welcome to this house located in attractive Beddingestrand onSweden's south coast. The house is located along the coastal road and has only 360 m downto a beautiful mile-long sandy beach.
The house is on two floors and on the ground floor there is a living room with dining area andan open kitchen. The bedroom on the ground floor has a 120 cm wide bed witha door to the wooden deck / patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms therefirst to the right is a smaller bedroom with a low ceiling height that is suitablebest for children.
The second bedroom on the left has a sloping ceiling and floor space of 20 m² withlow to ceiling there is a double bed and a single bed as well as an extraBED. The house is well insulated with new windows for increased comfort. INthe bathroom has a washbasin and toilet as well as a lovely shower withmassage function. In the basement there is a washer and dryer as welldrying room.
The terrace is 23 m² and here there is outdoor furniture to be able to enjoythe sun and follow the activity along the coastal road. In the garden that isfenced there is a nice barbecue hut where you can regardless of the weatherenjoy a real barbecue evening.

Kilometres of beaches, beautiful skerries, open landscapes and luxuriant forests. The two most southern areas in Sweden, Skåne and Blekinge, have something for every taste. You may fish for salmon in the Mörrum river, go for a swim, sunbathe by one of the beautiful sand beaches or take a boat trip in the skerries.
In the northern area of Skåne, there are kilometres of beaches, fine nature reserves and nice villages. By the nature reserve of Kullaberg, you will find Nimis which is one of Skåne`s most popular attractions. Nimis is a unique piece of art situated quite inaccessibly on a stone beach. The monument is worth a visit and the artist, Lars Vilks has built the monument out of driftwood from bridges, tunnels, towers etc.
Båstad is known for Swedish Open in tennis. The tennis tournament attracts a lot of people to the popular and annually held Bostad week. People make a lot of fuss lifting up the pace at Bjärehallvön. In case you feel like having a quiet moment to yourself, you will be able to find some peace and quiet by one of the beautiful beaches or at Hovs Haller situated right at the spot, where the cliffs overhang the sea.
The distance between Helsingborg and Helsingör is less than 4 kilometres, and therefore a lot of people choose to take the ferry. The ferry route is the most trafficked one in the world.
The third biggest city in Sweden is Malmö. Malmö gives a lot of inspiration to spend a day in the city. Malmö is close to the Scanian countryside and offers a lively street life, more than 800 shops, an exciting history and a lot of cultural activities. The Malmö festival, which is held a week every year, brings a lot of activities and liveliness to the city. The festival offers different shows, concerts and events. In case you missed the festival, you could e.g. visit the Aqva-kul which is the biggest indoor water world in Scandinavia.
Österlen is known for its beautiful nature, stretch of coast and its artists. You will be able to walk among the many galleries and studios and meet painters and glassblowers. At Easter 100,000 visitors go to the city in order to see what the different artists have created during winter.
The children can experience a lot of fun in Tosselilla Sommerland with different swimming pools, jumping pillows and rollercoasters. On the Tarzan path you can walk on stilts, and in Tivoliland you can ride on a merry-go-round. Go-cart and pony riding are also popular activities among children.
Beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see, a beautiful archipelago, open landscapes and lush forests. In Skåne and Blekinge, Sweden's two southernmost provinces, there is something for everyone. A unique art installation on a stony shore that requires a little effort to get to, although it is well worth it once you're there! The artist, Lars Vilks, has built everything from driftwood: bridges, tunnels, observation towers, and so on.
Båstad is known as the home of the Swedish Open tennis tournament, and the town attracts a great many visitors during the annual and incredibly popular Båstad Tennis Week in July. A swarm of people descend on Båstad at this time of year and really bring the Bjäre Peninsula to life. However, if you want to get away from the action for a while, Båstad is also known for its lovely beaches and the Hovs Hallar nature reserve, with its impressive cliff faces that look out over the sea.
Helsingör is less than 4 km from Helsingborg, and many people visit the city for that reason alone, which could explain why it is the busiest ferry line in the world.
In the north-eastern part of Skåne you can experience untouched wilderness, deep primeval forests, meandering streams and cool lakes. A perfect destination for anyone longing for tranquillity and the opportunity to explore the region's unique nature. This is an area that also offers exciting and fun activities and adventures for children and adults alike. Let the weather and your mood govern your planning! Do you fancy pedalling a draisine and rushing through the forest, or is it perhaps the perfect day to go on a hike with alpacas and ride Icelandic horses? Alternatively, you could go canoeing, fishing and swimming in one of northern Skåne's many lakes. In this part of Skåne you will find holiday homes situated in the woods and by lakes such as Immeln and Ivö, or you can choose Åhus, a wonderful summer town.
For many people, the nature in the southwestern part of Skåne is the symbol of southern Sweden, with wide-ranging cornfields and the long avenues of willows so typical of the region. This is an area offering a wide range of farm shops, world-class golf courses and some of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. This part of Skåne is sometimes referred to as "Sweden's pantry" due to the fertile soil here. Some lovely places to visit include Beddinge Beach, Abbekås, Gislövs läge, Höllviken and Smygehamn.

You will meet everyone from painters to glass-blowers, and during Easter no less than 100,000 visitors come here to enjoy the fruits of the artists' winter creativity.
Tosselilla Summer Park provides plenty of fun for the young ones, with attractions including pools, bouncy castles, roller coasters and water coasters. On the Tarzan Trails the challenge is "Don't Touch the Ground", and the amusement park is full of exciting rides for kids of all ages. The go-cart track and pony rides are also usually very popular.

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation by post. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement and contains all necessary information. On the first page you will find information the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a route description. At the bottom of the page there is a detachable post card for ordering miscellaneous extras, which can be useful to have while on holiday. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due date.
On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key. More often than not electricity, water and other charges are included in the rental amount. Where this is not the case you will also receive an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.
If you wish to rent a boat or engine however, you need to give notice no less than a month before arrival.
Time of arrival Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences. If you expect to arrive at a different time please arrange this with the contact person in advance. Contact information can be found on your rental agreement.
On the detachable post card at the bottom of the rental agreement, miscellaneous extras can be ordered - however only those stated in the description of your holiday home.
All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can in some places be rented.
On the post card you can also order the final cleaning, if this is mentioned in the description of your holiday home.
All extras must be ordered in conjunction with sending the notice of arrival no less than 14 days before commencement of the rental period. If you wish to rent a boat or engine however you need to give notice no less than a month before arrival.
If you have rented a holiday home in which pets are permitted please remember that it is a lengthy and quite difficult process to obtain all necessary permits for the import of pets to Sweden. Therefore please contact the Swedish Tourist Board or embassy well in advance.
If you have booked a holiday home in Sweden you can either go via Copenhagen across the Øresund Bridge or take a ferry. The bridge toll is 225,- Danish Kroner/crossing. If you choose to go by ferry please remember to order your tickets well in advance.
