“A day before departure sms had contact with the landlord. We agreed about what time we would arrive and that we would call half an advance. When we arrived she came to meet us and brought us to the apartment. Everything looked neat. In the living room is a spacious fridge and a small kitchen unit where you can cook (with difficulty) with two pans. We have not really used the sofa bed, but it looked great. The bedroom is spacious and the double bed is great. Very useful are the shutters in front of the window that keep it nice and dark and fairly cool in the house. The first week it was very hot and a fan had been handy. In the end we purchased it ourselves. Furthermore, everything is present. For a sandwich or groceries you have a short 10 minutes by car. We knew that and that was no problem. The area is very beautiful. Volterra and San Gimignano are close by and very nice. Pisa and Florence are a little further and about an hour's drive away. We had a wonderful holiday.”

“A great base to visit Tuscany cities, or to relax in and by the pool. Well, everything is far from each other according to our notions, for Italians is that earlier standard. For bread, fruit or vegetables you drive soon 8 km. A shop is really close to a loss.”

“Nice apartment! Good beds, shower slightly on the small side and you miss some space in the kitchen. Furthermore enough things there to cook. The sunbeds by the pool are great! We were almost the whole week as the only tenant in the apartment. So we had all the space and tranquility.”

“A beautiful, well maintained location. Apartment meet basic needs. Clean, spacious enough but especially great for outdoor lovers. The kitchen has no workspace, but you get used to. Good beds and bathroom is basic but clean. Nice pool on fall distance. Unfortunately there are some in the park (Italian) homeowners who playing and making fun (Dutch) children not tolerate in the pool. Ridiculous shower and beach balls policy. So we have had a wonderful holiday (Tuscany is heavenly!), Which was slightly marred by a few children haters.”

“The accommodation is in a beautiful setting. Excellent starting point for visits to cities like Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gigiamo, Pisa. The coast can be reached in 1 to 1.5 uur.Het complex is well maintained. Il Piccolo Casale is tastefully furnished and equipped with the necessary things. For cooking there is some little "workspace". We enjoyed the pool.”

“We sat in an apartment which was modern but tastefully decorated. All supplies were on hand to eat your own cooking and relaxing. There was a pool for the door. The water was not heated, but the hot summer days, this was no problem. Complex is nice central Pisa, Florence and Siena.”
