Simple holiday home with 3 bedrooms and private swimming pool in a very quiet area just 8.5 km from Lloret de Mar and the beautiful beaches. The villa is comfortable and suitable for 7 people. Cozy living room with TV and access to a large and pleasant terrace. This house has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside is a private swimming pool, a built-in barbecue and a pleasant shaded terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals next to the pool. This property is a perfect base for nice trips: for example the lively Lloret de Mar with a wonderful sandy beach, vibrant nightlife but also interesting cultural heritage. Or the cozy Tossa de Mar with its winding streets and historic castle. Barcelona probably needs no explanation and is actually a must during your vacation.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
