If you want to enjoy a comfortable, completely renovated holiday home, then this house is definitely for you.
The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

The holiday home is fully equipped and is within walking distance of the beach (about 10 minutes). The Zuiderdiep 6 holiday home is located in the middle of the North Sea Park. The park has a tennis court that you can use for free and a small playground. In the tastefully furnished living room it is also a wonderful place to stay, even in less favorable weather conditions. The sitting area with TV invites you to just laze around or simply to dip into a book. The separate dining area and kitchen can accommodate the whole family. The three bedrooms are fully furnished, one room with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds. The backyard is fully fenced and can be locked, the garden has a south-west facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun and there is also room to enjoy a delicious BBQ. There is also a terrace at the front of the house with a picnic table, where you can enjoy breakfast outside while enjoying the morning sun. The little guests have also been thought of. A handcart, camping cot and a high chair are available at no extra cost.

Safety has also been considered, the stairs at the landing are equipped with a lockable stair gate and the steps have a non-slip profile.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
