This is a 5-bedroom holiday home in La Joya for 10 people. Equipped with a swimming pool, the home is perfect for families and big groups.



The home is set in the beautiful, tranquil village of La Joya, and the town center is only 1 km away, where you'll find restaurants, bakeries etc. There is a lake 5 km away, so if you want a quite place to go on a walk, this is your spot. if you're looking for a supermarket or nightlife, they're 15 km away, and for sea lovers, it's 35 km away. Make a whole day trip out of it, pack your bags, slather on the sunblock, and head to the sea!



The home has a well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, and ceramic cooker, so any meal you want prepared can be made right there. There is a terrace and garden with furniture, so the family can sit together and talk. It is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning, so the summer and winter months won't be a bother at all. The home is child friendly, with a children's bed and high chair, and you can bring up to 1 pet here for free.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
