A large and modern holiday resort is located in the heart of a small seaside resort which is Sianożęty. The sandy, beautiful beach is only 220 m away. On the fenced property, in addition to comfortable accommodation in 25-storey holiday houses, the holiday complex offers a complete infrastructure for perfect relaxation.
The two-story, elegant holiday homes offer cozy and modern interiors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a TV and a dining table. The room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine). There are 2 separate large bedrooms on the first floor of each cottage. Each house has a covered terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. A set of garden furniture awaits you on the terrace. BBQ facilities and sun loungers are available.
The houses have electric heating, which enables comfortable rest also on cooler days.
The owner of the resort also has a resort with a swimming pool complex in the neighboring area, where there is an outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool for children (heated water) and a water slide, there is also a jacuzzi and a sauna. Guests can use these attractions at an additional cost, payable locally. The swimming pool is open, subject to weather conditions, from June until mid September.
An attractive and safe playground awaits the youngest.
There is a safe car park in the fenced area of ​​the holiday complex (for an additional fee). There is also a restaurant (with 150 seats) and a bar, where you can order and eat a tasty breakfast or dinner (served in the form of a warm buffet - 8 dishes to choose from). Gourmets of desserts and lovers of Italian pizza will also find something for themselves.

Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located approx. 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated right next to a wide, sandy beach. The golden sand and the gentle descent to the sea encourage holidaymakers to take sun and sea baths. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie, there is also a 100-meter-long walking pier.
Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort where you can count on true relaxation. The resort is bordered by Ustronie Morskie, which, if necessary, provides many more attractions typical of seaside towns. The international R-10 bicycle route runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of the beaches, clear sea and charming peat bogs. From here, you can easily and pleasantly get by bike to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, as well as to the large Kołobrzeg.
We recommend fishing cruises in the Baltic Sea on a motor yacht. The skipper's many years of experience guarantee professionalism in fishing and handling of fishing equipment.
In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie, the open-air museum of bread is worth visiting. The building has a fantastic decor, a thatched roof, a huge water-powered mill wheel at the entrance. Inside, you can eat, for example, sour rye soup, goulash in bread and many other wonderful old Polish dishes.
Here you will have the opportunity to bake your bread in a wood-fired oven. The adventure begins with grinding the flour yourself, and then the baker goes through the stages until the very baking, at the end of the road you can taste your own bread.
In the nearby Dobrzyca there are beautiful Hortulus gardens. A real treat for people who want to see beautiful plants in wonderful arrangements. Visiting the gardens, apart from the obvious contact with nature, provides an aesthetic and spiritual experience.
An undoubted attraction of the west coast is the fishing harbor in the neighboring Ustronie Morskie. Colorful fishing boats are a charming decoration of the beach, with which tourists are eager to take photos. In the morning, fishermen set out to fish to bring the best Baltic fish with them in the afternoons and evenings, the taste of which can be enjoyed in nearby frying houses or smokehouses.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
