A dream holiday in a lovingly restored 17th century winery, with a magnificent view of the Tuscan hills! Surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and green forests, the property of around 300 hectares is something very special: eleven farmhouses, including The 500 meters and two kilometers from the main building each have their own barbecue area and shared outdoor pool, partly with a small playground and children's pool. Inside the houses you can expect rustic and good taste, terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams provide an atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. You can develop freely on the entire property and enrich your holiday with numerous sports and recreational activities: tennis courts, riding stables with covered riding stables and a modern wellness and beauty center invite you to truly relax. Incidentally, the terrain is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding and even has its own lake where you can fish. The municipality of Montaione also organizes guided excursions in high season upon request. A miniclub is available for children aged 4 to 12, open during the season. If you don't want to cook yourself on holiday, you can decide to visit the bar-bistro for a light lunch or a drink and the restaurant for dinner or take a cooking class to learn how to prepare Italian delicacies on site. You can taste and buy the right products from olive oil, grappa and honey to wine produced on the farm. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
