Spacious XXL terraced house with modern furnishings, in a quiet area, only two kilometers from the wide sandy beach of the seaside resort. The bustling city center with shops, restaurants and bars is 2.5 kilometers away.
The holiday home offers enough space for up to nine people on two floors. The garden with a furnished terrace and barbecue is an ideal place to spend summer evenings at the barbecue in the open air.
On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with TV and a large table, where the whole large family can feast and eat together. The well-equipped kitchen is partially connected to the living room. For this there is a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and an additional bathroom (this time with a shower). A washing machine is included.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, heating, final cleaning, WiFi internet, parking, baby cot, high chair.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The apartment is located in such a place that you can conveniently get from here both to the quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parseta), as well as the louder beach on the eastern bank of the river, where more attractions (water sports, etc.) await.
The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, visiting the oceanarium, seaport and cathedral.
Attractions in the neighborhood: for families with children, we recommend going to the Pomerania Fun Park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (about 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a petting zoo and much more. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get to know the regions of the cultures of the indigenous people of North America.
Within 500 meters from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water sports equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental on the bank of the river (Parseta).
The R-10 international bicycle route runs through the resort, making it easy and pleasant to visit the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
