A modern, family holiday resort located only 200 m from a beautiful sandy beach. On the fenced property, in addition to comfortable accommodation in two-story, brick holiday houses, it offers full infrastructure for perfect relaxation.
One-storey, elegant holiday houses consist of a living room with a TV, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the covered terrace, where a set of garden furniture awaits. In addition to the bedroom, sleeping places are also possible in the living room (2-seater sofa + single bed). The houses have air conditioning, which provides pleasant cooling on hot days, but also has a heating function, extremely useful in cooler weather. Wireless internet is available.
Barbecue facilities are available. The washing machine is available to the public (service paid extra on site).
The biggest attraction of the resort is undoubtedly the summer swimming pool with heated water. In the well-maintained area of the holiday complex, there is also a bicycle rental, a cafe and a sports field (badminton, volleyball, football) for guests. There is also a car park (included in the price of the stay is a place for 1 car/house; a place for an additional car is paid extra). For the youngest there is an attractive and safe playground (trampoline, sandpit, slide, swings).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, electricity (limit 7 kWh/day) and water, air conditioning, final cleaning, WiFi internet, parking (1 place), baby cot and high chair (upon prior request). Electricity consumption above 7 kWh/day costs an additional EUR 0.7/1 kWh.
Sianożęty is a small holiday town located about 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is located right next to a wide, sandy beach. Golden sand and a gentle descent to the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and sea. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie there is also a 100-metre-long walking pier.
Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort where you can count on true relaxation. The resort is bordered by Ustronie Morskie, which, if necessary, provides many more typical seaside attractions. The international bicycle route R-10 runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of both beaches, clean sea and charming peat bogs. By bike, you can easily and pleasantly get to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large Kołobrzeg.
We recommend fishing cruises on the Baltic Sea on a motor yacht. The skipper's many years of experience guarantee professionalism in fishing and handling fishing equipment.
In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie, an open-air museum of bread is worth visiting. The building has a fantastic design, a thatched roof, a huge water-powered mill wheel at the entrance. Inside, you can eat, for example, sour rye soup or goulash in bread and many other great old Polish dishes.
Here you will have the opportunity to bake bread in a wood-fired oven. The adventure begins with grinding the flour yourself, and then the baker leads you through the next stages until baking, at the end of the road you can taste homemade bread.
In the nearby Dobrzyca there are beautiful Hortulus gardens. A real treat for people who want to see beautiful plants in wonderful arrangements. WITH

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
