Directly on the shores of the picturesque Rosnowskie Lake, there is a well-kept property with a beautiful, comfortably equipped holiday home. Guests have access to the lake's waters at their fingertips, which will be most enjoyed by fishermen (free fishing boat available on site) and lovers of swimming. You can also rent water equipment nearby to see all corners of this reservoir from the water side.
Comfortable, nice, 2-storey house has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture. On the ground floor of the building there is a beautiful, spacious living room with a fireplace. There is also a large dining table and TV. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony) and a second bathroom (also with a shower). In front of the house there is a grassy beach with access to the lake and a fishing pier.
There is WiFi internet access.
It is possible to rent a cot for a small child and a high chair free of charge, but this must be reported to the owner before departure.
The owner provides the guests with a rowing boat (length 3.6 m) free of charge. An engine can be mounted on it for an additional fee.
Parking on the property.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, wood for the fireplace, rowing boat, parking, WiFi internet.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Lake Rosnowskie is rich in many types of fish and is a very popular reservoir by anglers. Fans of bathing and canoeing will also find something for themselves. A rowing boat is available free of charge (with the possibility of installing an engine for an additional fee), but there is also a water equipment rental in the area (rowing boats, kayaks, pedal boats).
At a distance of approx. 900 m, there is a year-round resort with full infrastructure, which can be used (of course for an additional fee) also by guests from outside the hotel: an indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open in the summer season), salt cave, sauna, gym, solarium, bar, restaurant.
In the area, it is worth seeing elements of the hydrotechnical complex of the Rosnowo hydroelectric power plant with a 10 m high dam and the remains of a farm complex from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
Several bicycle routes run through Rosnowo, which take you to the neighboring, attractive settlements.
In Koszalin, about 20 km away (provincial city), you can find various shops, shopping malls and many good restaurants.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
