“Very practical house. Very good fridge and a separate freezer. The bed was bigger than we thought and very comfortable. The kitchen was also wider than we thought. The very large canopy on the side is handy. Beautiful view from the terrace but also when you are in the house. The owner was very accessible. We would love to go back in the summer.”

“The host and hostess mean well and are very proud of their home, but there were a few defects. There was an old pizza in the oven, for example, but that was all. The owners control the heating from their home, which means that you only get heating "in the morning and" in the evening.”

The house itself is very beautiful, and a nice stay even if the weather is less. To call it modern is a bit of a so-called "stretch". The equipment in the kitchen is outdated, but everything works fine. There could be some extra care in cleaning the corners of the house and under the radiator, but you can see that the owners put a lot of work into it.”

“On our arrival we were well helped by the host and hostess. We received clear explanations about everything (in French). The house is very spacious and has lots of light through the large windows at the front. The view is very beautiful. The facilities are all doing well. You can use the TV and it gets hot quickly in the house. We did not use the fireplace, but the heating. Furthermore, the cottage is in a quiet village. To do some shopping or eat / drink somewhere you have to drive about 10-15 minutes to another village. A nice environment to unwind!”

“unfortunately we had received the wrong code to open the gate, but after we had called the owner and got the correct code it was easy. Later the administrators came to explain things a bit. The house was completely furnished. It was mentioned that kitchen linen was provided, we received one tea towel with towel and one dish cloth. That is very little for a week. My advice is to bring a few things to kitchen linen yourself. It was also stated that there is a cup of coffee maker, that is not the case, it is a senseo machine. Incidentally, there is also a filter coffee maker. If you have seen the pictures on the Belvilla site, there is a pair of binoculars in the living room. Unfortunately, they are not present in real life. Too bad, we would have liked to look through them. The view from the living room is really fantastic .Also there is plenty to do in the area.We were able to sit on the balcony and you can sit in the garden.We had a nice week.The houses next door were only inhabited on weekends, by not the week, but it does not feel lonely, there is a lot of traffic driving along. If you like peace and quiet, you can have fun. For those who cannot miss the TV, there are Dutch-language TV channels.”

“Right way to get to the house: N96, exit INZEMONT and Grotte de Pont dÁrcole, follow the road up to the hamlet, almost at the end of the hamlet INZEMONT diagonally to the left into Le Crupet, continue to the end until No. 29 on the right. House looked very good and the manager and his wife were present and gave the necessary explanation. House is fenced by electrically operated gate, so the car is safe. Beautifully situated in a wooded area.”

About the holiday home

On the heights of the Hastière-Lavaux, this holiday home has 2 rooms and can accommodate 4 people, ideal for 2 couples or a family, this house has an exceptional view of the valley.

The small hamlet of Hastière is very quiet, and the house is right next to a small country lane ideal for walks. In Hastière, you can rent electric bikes for Dinant, which is only 12 km away. There you will find a tourist office, many restaurants, the possibility of boating on the Meuse, an Adventure Park, or the possibility of kayaking the descent of the river Lesse.

The large living room leads you directly to the south-facing terrace which has an exceptional view of the valley. It is very pleasant. The house is spacious and bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Having an ample amount of parking space the house has a barbecue and table tennis table too.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
