Welcome to Zuid aan Zee! This holiday home is located 100 meters from the beach in Zoutelande. Live like a local: in the middle of Zoutelande you share the neighborhood with permanent residents. Parking is possible in the private driveway. In the house on the ground floor is the hall, the toilet, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, the living room and open kitchen. The sitting area has an LCD TV with DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, four-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Through the French doors you walk from the living room to the terrace. In this fenced (front) garden is a garden set with cushions and a parasol. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with cupboards under the sloping roof. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The house is child-friendly: there is a baby bed, high chair and stair gate available. There is sufficient space in both bedrooms to put the baby cot. This holiday home is located next to the owner's house, in the center of Zoutelande. There is a private parking space in front of the door. Free wifi in the house. Zoutelande's main shopping street, the Langstraat, is just around the corner. A bakery, supermarket, a number of nice boutiques and other specialty shops are all in the immediate vicinity. The cozy restaurants and terraces of Zoutelande are also within walking distance. Only 100 meters away is the beach crossing at the boulevard, where you can see the boats sailing by. Hear the waves crashing when you're in bed - that's a nice wake up call.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
