Very beautiful holiday villa which, due to its higher location, offers a magnificent view from the house over the nature reserve "de Westduinen". The Westduinen are owned by the Het Zuid-Hollands Landschap foundation. In order to protect the special flora and fauna, the area has been designated as a Natura 2000 area. You can quickly enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the terraces and in the spacious garden - the 1,600 m² plot consists partly of untouched rolling grass dunes. Close to beaches, the Grevelingenmeer and surf and kite spot Brouwersdam.

This villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was completely renovated in 2015 and equipped with all modern comforts. The living room is very light due to the loft and high ceilings and has a sitting area with 2 leather sofas and Montis Charly armchairs. The light gray Italian ceramic tiles give the entire ground floor an elegant look. The fireplace cannot be used. The modern open kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and there is a large dining table with seating for 6 people. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double box spring, the second with a single box spring, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Via a spiral staircase takes you to the loft, which offers a cozy space for television, audio, game or studio with a nice sitting area. On the left there is access to the balcony with a beautiful view over the Westduinen. Via a partition on the right you reach the third bedroom with 3 fixed sleeping places, an extra bathroom with bath and a walk-in closet with a room where the washing machine is located. A wonderful holiday home for those who love peace, space and comfort and an excellent starting point for cycling and walking tours!

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
