Through the front door, located at the rear of the building, you reach the entrance of the apartment. You enter a large hall with a door to the studio where there is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed with a large flat screen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Here is also a second refrigerator and the washing machine and dryer. From the large hall you enter the upper floor via a small staircase of 6 steps. Here are 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed 2 x 90 x 200 box spring and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Nice bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. Separate toilet. The living room is spacious and has a large sitting area with flat screen television and a large dining table with 10 chairs. The connecting open kitchen is fully equipped. Such as a large induction plate, fridge/freezer, combi microwave, kettle and Nespresso and dishwasher. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the harbor of Ouddorp. Through the living room you can access the terrace through French doors and you can walk along the harbor here, closer you cannot sit on a terrace at the Grevelingenmeer. This apartment is very suitable for families with children, because of its layout and its location next to Center Parcs complex Port Zélande.

The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

You and your children can use all activities and facilities. (There is a charge to use the Port Zélande swimming pool). There is ample parking space, you just need to register with the harbor master. If you drive through the barriers, your license plate will be registered and if you report to the harbor master, you can use the parking spaces. You can unload your car on arrival and load it again in front of the apartment on departure but for the rest of your stay the car must be parked in the general parking spaces The location is unique - the apartment is beautifully situated in one of the most beautiful locations of Port Zélande with the Grevelingenmeer.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
