This nice holiday home, which has been furnished with great care, is located in the middle part of the quiet and green park De Toekomst in the middle of the Kop van Goeree, starting point for walks and bike rides in all directions from Goeree.

The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

Overflakkee and it is 10 minutes by bike from the beaches. Through the hall with cloakroom, stairs to the first floor and a washing machine you enter the cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and chairs, which are pleasantly situated around the fireplace and the TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped such as; a 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker and kettle. Cozy round dining area with plenty of chairs. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a modern sink, walk-in shower, towel radiator and toilet. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed 2 x 90 x 200, here too the attractive furnishings are fully extended. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and are again attractively furnished. One has a double bed with two mattresses 90 x 200 and a large skylight with blinds and blackout system. The other bedroom has two single beds with 2 skylights, which are also equipped with a blind and a blackout system. On the landing, a smart mini baby-toddler section has been created by means of a handy chest of drawers with plenty of storage space and here you can place the cot. There is a stair gate in front of the stairs, so it is completely safe.

And then the garden, as soon as you step outside the door you may have the idea that you are in "little Ibiza" instead of Ouddorp. The garden is very spacious and has various seating areas. Cozy large dining table with a fireplace next to it and close to a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. A corner with sun loungers, a corner with a reading chair under a parasol and a separate corner with lounge sofa, four relaxing chairs and a fire pit.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
