“Warm welcome by owners. The rosé was cold and a box of fresh eggs from the ladies Kip. We were in this beautiful house during the heatwave. The house was reasonably cool downstairs and in the afternoon it was nice to relax in the front garden. Seen a lot of the beautiful surroundings. plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy a delicious meal. A place to remember!”

“We were welcomed with fresh homemade eggs and homemade jam very friendly by the owner, who live in the letting time in a house in the dunes. It is a very spacious and well equipped holiday home in a very quiet location. The bikes can be parked from behind over a small courtyard / terrace at the house. There is even a lockable shed still available for submissions. Terrace is well furnished. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of space in the living-dining area. It was a very nice and cozy stay, we would like to repeat again.”

“Landlord was on site, very friendly, has explained everything in detail (wifi, garbage, shopping ..) Had prepared for us a Albert Hein discount card. The environment is quiet, in front of the house are free parking. Shopping, pizzeria and chips can be Nearby is a lake with the foundations of a Burg.Zum beach is about 10 minutes by car Parking costs there per hour € 1.9, € 12 per day. The only "drawback" is the missing Washing machine, but you know that when you book.”

“Very nice, personally furnished holiday home located in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom offer plenty of space. The seat behind the house has evening sun. The car park is very close to the house. The sea is about 3 km and a shopping center or to the bus stop at the line Alkmaar - Egmond aan Zee is about 1/2 km. The house is ideal if you do not spend pure bath vacation at the beach, but sometimes enjoys a trip.”

We did not so much that you can only park fee anywhere, and then getting the hours for € 1.10 -. 1.60. In Alkmaar I found very good that you could park all day for € 3,00. About the holiday home

This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Egmond aan den Hoef. The holiday home has a spacious and atmospheric interior. Ideal for a group 5, this house has a living room with a 6 seater dining table and kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

The small but sheltered back garden is a lovely place to enjoy the evening sun after a day on the beach.

The house has been built and furnished with special materials keeping in mind people with allergies.

By bike, it's only a 10-minute ride to the cosy city centre of Egmond aan Zee and the beach. The forest is also close by. Guests are encouraged to get fresh rolls at the bakery and supermarket, both of which are within walking distance.

From Egmond aan den Hoef, guests can easily visit the big cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and beautiful Alkmaar with its cheese market. Guests will find beautiful hiking and biking trails near the house, with shady woods and dunes in the vicinity.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
