“The furniture looked as if it was scuffed from the bulky waste and so worn out that it was difficult to get up. Terrace very uncomfortable. Chairs without cushions, no deckchairs Crockery looked for in the closet is not worth the price and we have had a few holiday homes in Holland”

“We had a good reception. Emailed in advance that we want to reserve linen, bath towels and kitchenware. This was all neatly done. Very nice, very spacious park. Beautiful spacious house, large garden, nicely decorated, good kitchen, good beds and very neat and clean. We are very satisfied. Near the sea, just a 10-minute walk away from the park and the exit. We give it a solid 9. We are already here for the third time .. highly recommended.”

“What a beautiful house. Everything went well. Due to circumstances we could not arrive on time. Called the desk in advance where we had to get the key. They made sure that the key was placed outside on the wall of their desk in a safe and passed on the code of the safe to us. So we could "evening at 11 o'clock in the cottage. Beddengoed was neatly ready and the house was clean and tidy. We were already known here because we had also booked this house last year. Booked the same house for the first time in 15 years Highly recommended.”

“The handing over of the keys was surprisingly unfriendly. There was also a note that the dishwasher was broken. You are not responsible for the repair, but the homeowner. In any case, nothing happened during our vacation. Also the Ikea oven didn't work and the grill was completely rusted.”

“The cottage was easy to find. We were warmly welcomed by an outside agency where we could pick up the key. This desk is near the cottage. You cannot reserve bed, bath and kitchen linen when booking. That is why I sent an email to belvilla a week before renting for this extra service. There was nothing on arrival. We could rent this linen at the desk where we could also pick up the key. So all went well. The house fully meets expectations. It is a very nice house with a lot of garden around and some trees. It was also beautifully clean. Since we like to watch sports, we were very sorry that the TV did not work. Everything else in order.”

“The only thing we had to complain about was the bunk bed. The squealed quite terrible. We were only three, we would have been four, that would have been sleeping a disaster, because the fourth bed was very very cramped. For small children that is still ok, but not for older.”

About the holiday home

This comfortable holiday home is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Julianadorp, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The bungalow is on one level and from the cosy living room, guests have a nice view of the spacious garden.

Ideal for a family of 4, the house has 2 bedrooms. Children can play to their hearts content on the lawn, while adults enjoy the sun. On the covered terrace, guests will enjoy lounging and sipping on coffee.

This bungalow is of course a great home base for a beach holiday.

The beach on the North Sea is just one km away. The surroundings of Julianadorp are characterised by lots of water, dunes, nature reserves, polders and small picturesque villages. The town of Den Helder is less than 10 km away.

In this city that is surrounded by water in the north, east and west; guests are encouraged to visit the Marine museum. Also, it is also worthwhile to make a day trip from Den Helder to Texel.
