“The house is very neglected, we could not enjoy the pool the last three days since they had to empty it because the water was green. The whole garden was sad full of stubble and many things. A pity that they are not aware of everything this belvilla and spend everything and rent as if everything was fine”

As a couple just a nice relaxing time, peaceful near the mountains and just enjoying the time of being lazy, for Action time, just jump in the car and within 10 minutes we are the Port and Center of Mazarron. “very calm and its setting very saai.echt a place for rustzoekers.deze region has more bugs than people, especially flies and mosquitoes have drought-free game and are not afraid of people. but the cottage is very clean and has a great location with regard to the sun, which always shines here really, was in September, a constant temperature over 30 plus.wij had a private pool at our cottage, which is very well maintained was.jammer a gorgeous-looking park as it has absolutely nothing to offer in terms of atmosphere but the beach playa de perchelles is a TV advertisement strandje.ook port city of Cartagena is about 50 km, aanrader.wij has had the sense to us here but are also very enterprising but after one time (2weeks) a 2nd time for us, but especially by the environment, and not through the park, because the accommodation was really top.”

“Upon arrival it was immediately apparent that it was a super location. Either views of mountains and beautiful scenery. Really prachtig.Ook unfortunately was immediately clear that the property is not further maintained anymore. Garden is not to poorly maintained. Chairs without cushions, are not really good .... Lots of clutter. Fencing is about to collapse. (Propped up with poles to hold it up yet). Such a pity. In the house quite a few critical points. Mattress so stink of sweat from previous occupants (2persoonsbed only) you need every day wash your bedding to make it somewhat bearable. The host lady and give local arrival all that the previous occupant has slept so without bedding. But a solution does not. (incidentally doubts if it is not stated any time ..). Several bugs living room light does not do clock does not it (not really on vacation ..) spots in bathroom furniture are black blown. thereby increasing clutter of furniture ... Cleaning is not really to write home (kitchen drawer 's dirty, but really too dirty to put something in. Many cutlery just dirty on arrival. (and that for the high cleaning ) freezer drawer broken, there is constant out to open pool w”

“when we arrived I thought where we end up now! it's pretty far away from everything. you really need a car. but it is super quiet on the park itself. very nicely laid out all but very quiet. but have you near the beaches and Puerto de Mazarron and that's really nice! the cottage was quite okay. you have everything you need. The pans were worn, but when we were told that we were once new. have had a top holiday! The weather is lovely too. warm with a windje.alleen cleaning costs are quite high. since there are many black hair were everywhere and we all four blondes are not that fresh. and the cabinet in the bathroom was very dirty and the trash outside also up. everything else good!”

“Wonderful relaxing holiday in an environment with privacy, but with enough people around you do not feel lonely. We found a beautiful region of Murcia. Enough to see without it being trampled by foreign tourists. The park was really nicely laid out. Our children miss the huge pool.”

“A well maintained home with a beautiful spacious pool, outside furniture is of excellent quality and an absolute plus point is the huge fridge freezer in the house really keuken.Doordat on all sides windows or doors blowing through the day and tasty it is also on the very hot days (we were there in July) during the day to fine Reserved sin air from this air is, however, advisable for the night in the bedroom for? 3:50 pd I certainly would not leave this way. The area is fine and we have nice trips made every reasonable collision tijden.Mazarron is a beautiful town 10 kilometers of beach, great cafes and fine dining, there are also plenty of shops and large supermarkten.Een visit Catagena or Murcia is definitely worth waard.Onze thanks for the friendly Belgian managers us a route description to sent on its own initiative that certainly the last 100km has proved its worth, despite my own navigation systeem.1 side note, unlike The reservation was indicated thereon should be which in our case was over £ 400 cash, immediately paid the security deposit (no? 200 but 250?), final cleaning and optional neele aircon advantage is that you do not like the book you are money through”

“The stay was very pleasant especially the climate was fine. The house met our expectations, but we missed a couple of sun loungers by the pool. We find this a very good location for people who really full of tranquility, the distance to a mall is something big. For us this holiday (only 5 days) fine!”

“Receipt by the Belgian administrators of the house was warm, we were taken care of from a car park nearby and escorted to our house. The holiday home is amazingly beautiful, you have from your terrace a panoramic view over the area.The private pool is lovely, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures that you can lie-in. The beds are wonderful, often catering beds where you have back pain for two days, but it certainly niet.De house is very well equipped and fully equipped, just the internet connection that is not listed in January stood on the site when we booked (is no longer listed) stopped working. The modem was still there but it did not online.Verder there are some things need replacing, the chairs by the pool and two chairs are affected by the sun causing the curtain scheuren.Ook the parasol at the sliding it pool exhibits cures, you can not fix him, and he gives shadow on the gravel and below the tafel.Een new shower and a thermostat would be nice, the shower falls down when you do shut off valve (kids get him on their head) and a thermostaatkraa”

Why stay here?

Located in Mazarrón on the Costa Calida, this is a gorgeous villa with a private swimming pool. Both families and groups are welcome here. Relax and celebrate life in this Mediterranean home furnished with very luxurious furniture, beds and fully equipped. A private driveway for your car and the garden is well fenced. This gives you plenty of privacy and a pet is welcome.

Things to do around?

Head to one of the sandy beaches in the region to have fun. Enjoy playing golf at Alhama Signature Golf Course. The cities of Cartagena and Murcia are worth a visit. For a day tour, do visit Granada just 2 hours away.

What to expect from the space?

Oranges, mandarins, lemons and olives are planted around the garden and pool for fresh vitamins. Lovely barbecue evenings can be cherished on the private fenced terrace. There is a wood stove and air conditioning available. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. Park your car on the enclosed property with a private driveway. In your free time, watch shows on the large screen TVs. You will also find a washing machine and other conveniences for your comfortable stay.
