“Een aanfluiting en een regelrechte belediging naar ons, de huurders van dit huis. Dat dhr Uitert voor dit huis 125 euro schoonmaakkosten durft te vragen is niet te geloven. Het huis is vies en er is veel kapot. Ik heb een mail gestuurd maar de eigenaar hij vindt het niet nodig om te reageren. Ik zou dit huis van de site van Belvilla want het is hele slechte reclame voor Belvilla. Helaas is wat het huis betreft onze vakantie niet geworden wat we hadden gehoopt.”

“Isn't that clean, lots of cobwebs. Hygiene is not optimal here. Garden door rotten at the bottom, allowing drafts to enter. No curtains in the living room. Bathroom tiles loose at the bath. Very deferred maintenance. The environment is good.”

“Very disappointing: dirty mattress and sheet, filthy terrace-set-terrace door badly cleaned, socks, cloth, t-shirt-underwear found under beds. About 10 garbage bags / bags at the house, causing odor nuisance, also on the terrace. Living room lock broken - with chair against the doors, door remains closed. Freezer cover lamb bicycle tires flat and no bicycle pump no curtains terrace side living room and therefore full sun in the living room and therefore extra hot toilet upstairs water continued to flow and could not be closed because old screw was stuck on the pipe. We left home early within 24 hours. Also because the husband suffered serious back problems after a night on a bad mattress. Absolute recommendation! After reporting to the SOS service of Belvilla, we received the answer that we reported complaints too late and the manager should have given the opportunity to recover. But not a single word of sympathy or suggestion of (part) compensation! Belvilla promises a lot but absolutely failed to deliver.”

“This is an ideal house for 5 people. There is overdue maintenance and the house is certainly dated, but certainly fine for us, were it not for the fact that we have never stayed in such a poorly cleaned house. Toilets, bath, shower and sinks were cleaned, but eg. around the attachment of the toilet seat had never been a wipe. All sockets were black (dirty) inside, on all chairs, TV cabinet, etc., the dust, etc. Goor! The owner of the house can be happy that there have now been 3 ladies who have tried to make everything clean as far as possible in 5 days. We wish the following guests a pleasant stay.”

This is a gorgeous 3-bedroom holiday home in Eersel. It has lush green surroundings and offers complete privacy and tranquility. It is ideal for families.

There's a lake only 1 km away. You'll find a restaurant 200m from the home and a supermarket in the town centre, which is 5 km away.

The home has an open fireplace and a spacious, cosily decorated room. There is also a bookcase with many books. Come and enjoy the magnificent view of a large garden with a chicken coop with hens that will lay fresh eggs. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There's a terrace for you to relax on and enjoy a lovely barbecue with your family. You can get a children's bed on request. You're allowed to bring 2 pets for €2.50/pet/night with advance notice. The holiday park also has a swimming pool and tennis court that you can use for a fee.

Eindhoven Airport is 20 km away.
