This spacious apartment can be found in the luxurious 4-star hotel "De Prins van Oranje". The hotel is located in beautiful, spacious Resort Maastricht, just 4 km from the pleasant centre of the hip city with the same name. From the hotel, you have a beautiful view of the resort and the hilly landscape of Belgium and Limburg. On the top floor, you will find the great restaurant "Rantree". From the restaurant, a wonderful place to dine, you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the skyline of Maastricht. The hotel features two lifts.

The apartment consists of a suite and a separate bedroom. They are connected to each other by a small hallway. You enter into the hall and from there, you can either go to the living room or the separate bedroom. The apartment features a fully equipped open plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which with TV) and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. From the living room, you can reach the terrace or balcony. You can park in the resort's central parking area.

You can book various apartment and villas at Resort Maastricht, for 2 to 20 people.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
