These 13 flats in the Meschermolen are located 10 km from Maastricht, near the Belgian border. There are beautiful walking and touring routes through the Savelsbos, the Voerstreek and the Ardennen. Via the 'Mergellandroute' you can explore the South Limburg hills and in the summer months there are numerous folklore festivals in the region to visit. In the immediate vicinity, you will find an open-air and indoor swimming pool, a water sports centre, a daytime beach, a tennis hall, Thermae 2000, bicycle rental, a well-equipped shopping centre and excellent restaurants.

This flat has a large living/dining room with open kitchen. In the basement you will find the bedrooms and the bathroom. A meeting room is available, making the accommodation also suitable for business meetings.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas
Bicycles are not allowed in the apartments. There is a bicycle shed in the courtyard and bicycles can be stored in one of the covered and lockable bike sheds, for an extra charge of 1 euro per day
Between 22:00 - 0:00 and 0:00 - 8:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
