Apartment is situated on the second floor and it features two bedroom, terrace and balcony with sea view and can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment features WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. Kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, microwave and dining table. Bathroom includes shower cabin, washing machine and hair dryer. Guests can enjoy their stay on the beautiful terrace and balcony with sea view.

The closest beach is only 15 min away on foot. Down at the beachfront there are many bars and restaurants. Shopping center with worldwide brands and a big supermarket is 2 km away. Nearest bus stop is just down the street. Dubrovnik Old Town is 10 km from the accommodation. Guests can explore sights such as the City Walls, Stradun, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. We recommend taking a ride with a cable car which offers stunning views of Dubrovnik and surrounding area. It is also a great photo opportunity.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 13.1 km from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 10 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
