This rural, luxurious, tastefully furnished villa is located at the end of a dead-end path, on the edge of the forest, not far from the small village of Coo. With 9 bedrooms, the house is ideal for a large party with children.

The villa is an ideal starting point to visit the nicest places in the Ardennes. For example, take a look at the Francorchamps race track or visit the beautiful abbey of Stavelot. In Malmédy you will find various restaurants, cafés and shops. Of course a visit to the city of Spa is not to be missed. Spa is located in the heart of the Ardennes and has traditionally been one of the most important spa resorts in Europe. Many people still come to Spa to visit its springs and spas, but also to enjoy the many terraces, cafés and good restaurants.

The villa has spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. Thanks to the presence of 2 saunas, a large hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool (heated from 1 April to 14 October), you can relax.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
