Beautiful, bright apartment, only 600 m from the wide, sandy beach. The apartment is located within a modern apartment complex, within the spa center. In the vicinity there is a seaside park with a dense network of walking paths and bicycle routes (including, above all, the R-10 bicycle route, which is easy and pleasant to explore the neighboring towns of: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie).
The comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a spacious living room (fold-out, 2-seater sofa, TV and dining table), a very well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher), a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine ). The apartment has a covered balcony. There is WiFi internet access.
The apartment has central heating, so it enables comfortable rest all year round.
For all guests, residents of the complex, there is a relaxing terrace on the roof of the building, as well as a fitness room.
Guests of the apartment complex have access to a public parking lot surrounding the building.

The apartment is located in the western part of the spa, close to the seaside park, which gives quick, convenient access to walking paths and attractive bicycle routes.
The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, visiting the aquarium, seaport and cathedral.
Attractions in the neighborhood: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (about 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a petting zoo and much more. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get to know the regions of the cultures of the indigenous people of North America.
Within 2.5 km from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental on the bank of the river (Parseta).

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
