This apartment is in a rustic holiday home, which is situated in a central location, surrounded by hills, in Pietrafitta, Umbria. It has 1 bedroom for 2 people, preferably a couple. Equipped with a refrigerator, TV, and microwave, it has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area.



There are rustic furnishings with Italian allure, tastefully picked. There is a large lawn for outdoor activities and garden furniture. There is a local winegrower nearby where you can taste freshly prepared wine.



The accommodation gives you options for excursions to cities in Tuscany, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, caves of Frasassi, and Lake Trasimeno, which are 150 km, 52 km, 25 km, 60 km, 105 km, and 29 km away respectively. There are opportunities in the area to cycle, fish for carp, walk, and golf.



The charming and friendly atmosphere is increased by the friendly and welcoming home-owners. Pets are allowed on request.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
