Welcome to this splendid apartment in a strategic position in Cagliari. It is the ideal place for a family of three or a small group of friends who want to discover the city and the wonderful Sardinia.

The apartment is located above the train station, so that you can be in the center and at the same time get out of the city easily. We are in the Stampace district, one of the oldest in the city, dating back to the Roman period. Although the apartment is next to the station you can't hear any noise.

The apartment has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is extremely quiet, this is because there are only 3 houses in the building and because the soundproofed windows make the presence of daily trains completely harmless.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a well-equipped kitchen where you will find sweet and savory snacks, hot and cold drinks, a small selection of cereals and a taste of homemade limoncello! Although the apartment is located in the city center, there are never too many difficulties in finding parking.

The owner offers an aperitif on arrival with typical local products and a welcome kit for all needs.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
