“A warm welcome with a cozy Christmas theme. we were there with 3 greyhounds and a toddler. they enjoyed the large enclosed garden (low fence). There are many outdoor toys for children. There is also an attic with many toys that my 3-year-old son really enjoyed. The house is cozy and the living room may feel a bit small in winter with a large group of adults and 3 dogs. You can reach the 2nd bathroom by walking around the outside. The house was very clean and the beds slept very well.”

“Beautiful surroundings with many meadows. Forest a little further away. Very large enclosed garden, where the dog and the kids can enjoy themselves. Property is a bit on the small side and noisy, but fully equipped. The stairs to the attic are narrow and steep, but the kids don't mind. 2nd toilet, sink and shower can be reached from outside. Unfortunately a lot of fly nuisance on the terrace (and also inside).”

“We enjoyed the beautiful large garden and the tranquility. Everything is provided in the house, no luxury but ok. The large enclosed garden was a luxury for the 2 dogs. You can also visit everything in the area. You can also do beautiful walking and cycling trips. Can be repeated. Really enjoyed.”

“Small clean house with lots of indoor and outdoor toys. Good beds. With 6 adults and 2 children and a dog we are tight. The outdoor event is fine, space, silence, Lots of outdoor attributes. With good weather it is a great place to stay. Only bring towels and everything is neatly ready on arrival. Very fine. The immediate environment is very walkable and nice cities in the area. Heino also has the necessary supermarket, pizzeria, Chinese, snack bar and market. We had a good time, partly due to the fairly good weather. There is much to do in the area for children.”

“Fantastic large garden with all devices and stuff for children, including bicycles (small and large)! House is just fine. Bit dated and noisy, but everything is there, including games and toys. Small downside are the dog turds in the grass here and there. Good contact with owner.”

“It was a nice house and felt like home very quickly. The peace and quiet was wonderful. There was a huge fenced garden and also nice for our 3 labradors. Our children stayed for a weekend, and the bouncy castle and table tennis game were very popular outside. We slept downstairs, beds were already made and mattresses were good. The black sofas were also good. The welcome was also nice, hostess was friendly. We went to the Sallandse Heuvelrug and you could also have lunch there, walked the blue route approx. 1 hour. Lemelerveld hiking area also has a beautiful environment there is a stone from the ice age, sometimes a little bit of climbing. I would like to come back to that house again because it felt so good and there are nice walking areas. Greetings from Capelle aan de IJssel.”

“Wonderfully relaxed in beautiful surroundings. Our dogs didn't know what hit them; such a large garden. where they could run outside without constant supervision (including our Chihuahua). In the house were also books, which we enjoyed reading. We found the double bed wonderful, we have good slept in. Everything you need was here, even a toaster!”

The garden is fantastic, really large and fully fenced, even for very small and very large dogs completely safe. “In 1 word Awesome !!! What a lovely location. The beautiful and super well-maintained garden with many birds and singing. Our dogs just wanted to be outside in the yard. Very good fence. The house is fully equipped and everything has been thought of. Very clean ! With larger groups, it may be a bit small inside with less weather, but even then there is plenty to do, complete with a play loft. We enjoyed a lot!”

A friendly welcome, the house well maintained and fully equipped, a bit of the 60s style - very cozy with good beds and bedding. We walked a lot, eg to the Nijenhuis Museum, "the wood stove in the evening - wonderful! Also very suitable for children by the way.”

“Good reception. You really feel welcome. Gigantic free garden very nicely landscaped and maintained. The dogs love it too. However, the cottage is small and dated. There are enough sleeping places, but in terms of living space it is limited. We have enough space with 4 people and 2 dogs. Cottage is complete and has sufficient resources. But the photos on the Belvilla site are more beautiful than reality. Environment is beautiful. Despite the rain we have a great time.”

A perfect vacation for nature lovers! Enjoy the green nature of Heino from this serene holiday home. It has 5 bedrooms, a roofed terrace, a barbecue, and table tennis for a group of 8 or families with children to enjoy. Beautifully landscaped and maintained park-like garden of 3500 square meters, view over meadow on the Rechteren woods in the distance
Badgers, deer, hedgehogs, squirrels, woodpeckers, cuckoo and many species of songbirds keep you company daily.

The nature and hilly landscape of Salland are ideal to explore by hiking and cycling. You can learn more about the local history from the museum and castle Kasteel het Nijenhuis. Take a day trip to Dalfsen or the cities of Zwolle, Deventer, or Almelo.

Enjoy the sunshine and the greenery from the 3,500 m² fenced garden with a high fence of 1.2 m with wooden posts in between, making it rather pleasant for pets, making it a hit among guests. Kids will love playing here on the trampoline, sandpit, and play equipment. There is also a camping cot to relax. Evenings are fun with the table tennis, football goal, or barbecue from the terrace. 3 pets are allowed at €15/Pet/Stay. A high chair is provided for kids.
