This 2-bedroom vacation home is a charming non-detached villa in Tuscany which can accommodate up to 4 people. It is perfect for a small group or two couples on a romantic getaway. This home also has a private swimming pool, functional through June till September and a private garden.



This villa is located in the small village of Cortona and is close to cities like Tuscany and Umbria. Having been situated amid vast grasslands and meadows, the villa offers a retreat in tranquility, and you can also go for naturistic walks in the neighbourhood.



There is a private swimming pool which overlooks the beautiful hills near Tuscany. You can also unwind in the private garden decked with garden furniture. The tastefully decorated villa also has a fireplace to sit by. There is ample parking space on the premises. The home is stocked with bath towels and bed linens.



Your check-in details will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
