“We had a fantastic holiday in this luxurious, quietly located holiday villa. Although the house on the island is located more in the countryside, it is a great starting point to discover Sicily. We enjoyed the very large garden with olive trees and cacti and the lovely swimming pool with fantastic views. If we had to list negatives; is that the house is worse finished with, for example, open pipes and that the bed really needs to be replaced. All compliments to the very sweet homeowner who made us feel right at home, helped a number of times with questions, regularly texted if we needed anything, opened the pool earlier because of the beautiful weather and spoiled us and our daughter on Sunday with Sicilian pastries. . We have honestly never experienced such a homeowner. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday!”

“Super Location !!! The pictures do not lie, it is a quiet location not too big villa including swimming pool with a beautiful view! The owner Tony is an extremely friendly and helpful man. Who likes remote and less busy tourist location will certainly find its thing here! On arrival the house turned out to be unfortunately not completely finished. At first we were affected by this and it was thought to contact Belvilla for a notice of default. power to solve this as well as possible. Since Tony thought it was so bad that we, as the first tenants, had to arrive like this, he spoiled us extra. Sunday morning to bring super tasty coffee cookies. Took us twice to see the adjacent town, Leonforte, Once to get to know the nightlife and local delicacies and once to visit the old picturesque city center. food in the best places or to visit historical monuments were justified. Even dropped the cleaning fee, consumption costs and linen surcharge to compensate.When all rooms are completely finished and all the small details have been resolved, this villa becomes even more worthwhile. The owner was going to fix these matters as quickly as possible, which we have full confidence in. The swimming pool is about 20 meters from the house. To reach this one must use the somewhat steep driveway. However, this gives the phenomenal view and makes it more private ... The remote and central location in Sicily is a plus for those who like peace and quiet. The language is therefore a problem if you do not have a google translator or do not speak Italian. It is cheaper to eat and shop than in the tourist baths and big cities but no English or other language is spoken. A car is certainly necessary. Nissoria and located nearby”

In the heart of Sicily, perched amid castles, villages, cities, abandoned farms and others and the ruins of some castles lies this 2-bedroom villa in Nissoria which can host a family or a group of 6. The villa offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dive with your loved ones. The property is also surrounded by a large garden, complete with fruit trees, so you can savour lush vegetation.

Several supermarkets and restaurants lie within 1 km of the property. The Sicilian region is made up of color contrasts and goes from green in spring and autumn to intense yellow after the strong summer heat. Get in a car and make fun day trips to Enna at 30 km, Piazza Armerina at 48 km and Caltanissetta at 60 km. Do pay a visit to the Villa Romana del Casale along the way.
