Holiday complex with an attached campsite in an elevated, quiet location, embedded in the greenery of a residential area. All apartments have satellite TV, free WiFi and a furnished balcony or outdoor seating area. The heart of the complex is the large pool. The fitness room and the tennis court are certainly interesting for active holidaymakers - both can be used free of charge. A shuttle bus runs at regular intervals between the complex and the beach (upon registration and for a fee).
Pietra Ligure is an international tourist center on the Riviera with extensive sandy beaches and a mild climate throughout the year. The beautiful beach promenade is lined with palm trees and gardens. Also worth a visit is the old town with its medieval palazzi and the 18th century parish church of San NicolÓ di Bari with two bell towers and numerous works of art.

Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility


It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
For hygienic reasons, access to the pool is only permitted with bathing caps. Some service facilities at the resort are only open seasonally. Only small dogs are allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height).

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
