This apartment on the ground floor is modern and sleek. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a sofa, two chairs and a television. A Chromecast is connected to the television, so you can use the WiFi during your stay. There is no channel package available. You can eat together at the dining table and meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. This open kitchen is equipped with a hob, combi microwave, fridge , dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster.

The bedroom is furnished with a double box spring (160x200), bedside tables, a wardrobe and blackout window coverings. The little ones have also been thought of: there is a foldable baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair. The modern bathroom of the holiday apartment has a shower with glass wall, toilet, bathroom furniture with mirror and hair dryer. With a location on the west, the garden of this apartment is really lovely. Can you see yourself having a nice breakfast here? Or enjoy the beautiful evening sun with a drink on the lounge chairs? The apartment has a very nice location to switch between rest and activity during your holiday. Discover Friesland, for example, with a sloop or sailing boat that you can rent in the marina. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
