This delightful apartment is close to the medieval historic center of Lavagna in a neighborhood near the sea. An ideal pad for a group or a family, it is only 0.7 km from the town center and in close proximity to numerous farmhouses, fair , festivals and local markets which open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday respectively.

You will have the opportunity to buy local products in the historic shops and relish supper outdoors. On summer evenings, you can be part of tastings, concerts, markets are organized almost every evening. The seaside promenade will give you splendid sunsets, the slate cycle path and panoramic walks will make you discover the hinterland. Do visit Chiavari, only 50 m away, famous for its pedestrian streets, shops and games for children along the promenade. Sestri Levante, with its particular form of a tongue of land, is where you can start on an excursion and admire the panorama from above.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
