North of the Rocca di Manerba rock, the narrow promontory Punta Belvedere runs into the lake, from the top of which you can wade over to the cypress island of San Biagio. Extensive olive groves, vineyards and cypress gardens characterize the landscape around Manerba. Since the early Middle Ages, the community on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda has been the location of a castle (Rocca di Manerba) directly above the lake, remains of which have been preserved. Inland, the place has retained much of its traditional rural character. In quaint pubs and restaurants you can enjoy typical dishes and good wine of the region in a family atmosphere. On a clear day you can even see Torbloe as far north as the lake. The remains of the old castle include a nine-hectare archaeological park, which also includes part of the lake shore. The landscape is ideal for leisurely hikes and bike rides, especially in spring and autumn. On hot summer days, on the other hand, there is hardly anything better than a refreshing dip in the lake, surfing or sailing

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
