'Eddie Sea View Rooms Old Town' are located in Pile, only 200 meters from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and famous Stradun promenade. NOTE: Luggage storage before check-in is possible only from noon and if the apartment is ready by then early check-in is possible; if not, check-in starts from 14:00. Please be advised that check-in is till 9:00 p.m., and we kindly ask you to inform us about your check-in time at least day before arrival because we don't have a 24 hour reception. If your arrival is later than 9:00 p.m., please contact us beforehand to check if that would be possible.

This cosy double room features free WiFi, SAT TV, refrigerator and water kettle. Private Bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer. It will also provide you with a beautiful street view from the room.

If You want to see a lot of famous sights, this is the perfect location for you! Everything you may need can be reached within walking distance. The apartment is located just 1 minutes a walk from the nearest beach with many more of them in surrounding area. A supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached within 20 m. Inside the City Walls, 200 meters from the property, you can find an open-air green market and other shops, as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, you can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute a walk from the property.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19.5 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
