The exteriors are very beautiful, with a chlorinated pool of 6 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.6 m, a solarium with 4 chairs, a terrace at the entrance of the house equipped with a table and chairs, a fully furnished porch and a barbecue.

This 150 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: one twin on the ground floor and three (two doubles and one twin) on the first floor, all three with an en-suite bathroom, two of them with shower and one with bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available on request. In addition there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor that serves the whole house. The spacious living room has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and lots of natural light. The dining room is very spacious and has a large dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped, with vitro-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is just 6 km from Sa Ràpita and 6 km from Campos, where you can find all amenities: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearics. And around you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. Just a 30-minute drive will take you to Palma, where you can go shopping, and visit all the cultural insights. Near Palma there is an aquarium and several water parks such as Western Park and Aqualand or Palma Aquarium. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
