“Venus 2: A bedroom was very dirty. Bed was full of hair. Lots of spiders and fruit flies. Downstairs, the water from the tap flowed cloudy. Glass crockery is broken here and there and therefore sharp, fingers cut open.”

“The equipment of the cottage was good, everything sufficiently available for 8 people. Lower floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and shower and 2 saunas was not clean on arrival. Lots of dust and dirt behind the beds and next to the bedside tables. Downstairs shower splashes towards the hall, so that after 4 showers half of the lower floor was covered with 1 cm of water and it had to be mopped up considerably. It was also good to see how dirty the floor actually still was. Sauna did not work on the day of arrival. Reported the next day and installed a new heater in the evening after a 2-hour repair attempt. Report about sauna and broken bedding was quickly picked up and taken seriously. Foosball table in the basement is a nice addition. Some dolls on the bar were broken (and replaced with a spoon).”

“The surroundings were very beautiful. The cottage itself I found not so spacious for 8 people. Rather a cottage for up to 6 people. Very little space at the dining table and in the seat. It was very humid in the basement. In general, the house was not cleaned up so cleanly.”

“We stayed with seven people in total in the cottage. We thought it was a nice house, nicely decorated and cozy. Nice balcony, bbq outside. Had everything we needed. Location near LaRoche, nice village. Highly recommended and not expensive! Good service. We were allowed to check out a little later! Good to know: We have rented sheets for the bed. Bring your own towel. The deposit will be returned to you and will be settled with electricity costs.”

“The cottage was beautiful! A great view in a beautiful setting. Key had to be picked up at a different location, but as that was only a 5 minute drive, that was no problem. Passing on the water and electricity levels at the beginning and end was new to us and we did not find it very pleasant, but I think that is the case everywhere in Belgium. In general, enough kitchen supplies, only unpleasant pans. All in all a wonderful stay! Definitely recommend!”

“Great Accommodation, the house is top. Just what you need for a good holiday in the Ardennes. The only flaw: a few terrace chairs broken on arrival and if you do not have a car prepare to walk. Also the view, it is a shame. have trees in front of the terrace! No worries about the key. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dirty living room: nothing to say, it was perfect.”

“Key collection was so easy, house was fine, neat and everything was fine. The infrared sauna is very pleasant. Around the corner is the waste collection point, also handy. And to the village is relatively close. There is a Spar supermarket in La Roche. We also had a great time with mountain biking, fishing, kayaking and La Roche is a nice and lively place.”

This alluring holiday home in La Roche has 4 bedrooms to acommodate 8 people. It is perfect for agroup or family with children to spend a wonderful vacation in the midst of nature. It comes with a sauna and electric heating and keeps you cozy and relaxed.

You can enjoy a nice swim in the public swimming pool (2 km). You can stock your pantry and buy other necessities from the supermarket, town center, and baker at 2 km.

The living room is ideal to relax watching the TV or to enjoy time with the family over the meal. There is an electric heating for warm and cozy ambience.
