This 3-bedroom holiday home in La Roche-en-Ardenne has central heating, fenced garden, and barbecue to enjoy and is spacious for 8 people to stay. It is perfect for a group or families with children to spend the vacation.



You can explore La Roche-en-Ardenne at 10 km. Here you have 200 kilometers of walking and biking routes and 20 km of kayak tours. In the winter, you can enjoy the white cross country tracks or ski pistes. You can find restaurants at 3 km and a supermarket at 4 km.



You can watch TV in the living-dining room with a fireplace to keep you warm. It also has a high chair for kids. You will be totally cozy with warm central heating. Enjoy a perfect evening with your family in the furnished garden over a barbecue. 2 pets can accompany you at € 5/Pet/Night. Parking is also arranged. Boules court and slide are offered for recreational purposes.





Check-in between 4 – 5 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
