The holiday home is located on the edge of the Krkonoše and Iron Mountains national parks, in a nice, authentic Czech mountain village, where you can go skiing, sledging, hiking, swimming and mountain biking. Zlata Olesnice has two shops and restaurants within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the village in the outdoor pool and in winter in the indoor pool.
The village itself has a ski lift and 1.5 km away is the snowboard park Rejdice. The larger ski resorts are literally just around the corner. The ski resorts of Tanvaldski Spicak, Harrachov and Rokytnice nad Jizerou are within a 10 km radius of the apartment. In nearby Tanvald (4.4 km) you will find a wide range of shops, supermarkets and a cukrárna (for delicious coffee and cake). Beautiful tourist places in the area are Harrachov, Jablonec nad Nisou and Rokytnice nad Jizerou. You can go shopping in the town of Jablonec and Liberec. And the capital Prague is only 1.5 hours drive from Zlata Olesnice.

The holiday home consists of two spacious apartments. There is a central entrance, hall and sauna with shower and washing machine. Both holiday apartments have their own exit to a private terrace with garden furniture and the garden in summer, where the children can play wonderfully. Incidentally, deer regularly come by in the mornings and evenings. From the holiday home and from the terrace you have a view of the surrounding hills and the village.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
