A quiet holiday home located in the Marche hills only 8 km from Urbino is perfect for couples who want to spend moments of pure relaxation. There is a vast garden exclusively for guests and a canopy with a table and chairs for a gala time together amid the mirth and laughter of loved ones.

The neighbouring areas are home to historic villages and towns, like Urbino is home to one of the oldest universities, also famous for majestic Palazzo Ducale, the former monastery of Santa Chiara, and the church of San Domenico. The characteristic town of Fano (14 km) partly enclosed within the walls, houses ancient monuments from the Roman era, such as the main entrance door to the city called Arco D "Augusto, the Cathedral, the Malatesta Palace, seat of museums. Visit the Gola del Furlo (35 km), the admirable Riviera del Conero (83 km) or the Frasassi Caves (66 km).

The house on one level consists of a bright living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
