This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.

This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. The ground floor features not only the living room with TV with streaming and open kitchen, but also a bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. The first floor has two bedrooms, each containing two single-person box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There's one bathroom with a shower, and a second separate toilet on the landing.

Venture through the French doors to reach the lovely garden with its inviting terrace, garden furniture and twin sun loungers. There's room to park one car at the villa.

At Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad there are various villas for rent for four to sixteen people.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
