Activities nearby: During a summer holiday in the Wildkogel Arena, which is located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern National Park, numerous leisure activities invite you to discover, experience and enjoy the fresh mountain air. With varied hikes of all levels of difficulty, you will get to know the beautiful landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region in a sporty way, while looking at the many imposing peaks of the Hohe Tauern. The incomparable panorama of the Wildkogel is perfectly staged on the newly created panorama and slide path. But leisure cyclists and mountain bike enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the Wildkogel Arena. Whether you explore the area on your own by bike or take part in a guided mountain bike tour is entirely up to you. It also gets really exciting on the 4 km long mountain cart route. In the holiday region, a wide Wildkogel activity program is offered for young and old, with something for every taste and for every weather.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
