This lovely farmhouse is situated in Baarlo and is ideal for a large group of friends and family. There is a large private terrace where you can enjoy drinks and snacks. In the partially fenced private garden, you can indulge in a book reading session or simply enjoy the sun.

The property is close to many breweries that are worth visiting. The home is the starting point to many activity zones like Snow world, indoor ski slope and outdoor climbing park, Parkhoeve de Middelt, farmer's golf, and other outdoor activities. The center of Baarlo is 2 km away from buying essential items. Relish tasty meals and drinks from the restaurants located 2 km away.

The home has underfloor heating to keep you warm in winters. You can relax in a large living room with a fireplace or prepare tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. If you want to destress, a hot-tub (paid) is also available. The home is a wonderland for kids as they enjoy trampoline, swing sets, slide, and table tennis table, etc.

For a fee you can use the Kerami hot tub (if available) (weekend €150, midweek €150, week €225). Please indicate when booking/well before arrival that you want to reserve it!

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
