Tignale is a group of six villages scattered on a plateau above western Lake Garda. The fascinating panorama of the climatic health resort combines the green of the olive trees and the blue of the sky and the lake. Tignale is considered the "balcony over Lake Gard" and, in addition to its olive oil mill and the observatory, is also known for the pilgrimage church of Montecastello. This was built on a rocky outcrop, directly below the summit of Monte Cas. This sacred place offers you an incomparable view of Lake Garda at your feet.
Trails and hiking trails through the fascinating mountain landscape and addictive mountain bike routes - the hinterland of Tignale is an Eldorado for active holidaymakers. If you like something a little more comfortable, stroll along the lakeside promenades in the evening and enjoy Italian delicacies in one of the many restaurants. Excursion tip: the town of Garda with its harbor from Venetian times and its wonderful lake promenade

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
