The holiday home in Les Fores has a shared swimming pool and a wonderful terrace. Situated in the tranquillity of the French countryside, there is plenty to explore and discover in this beautiful region from the medieval town of Parthenay, and the historical city of Poitiers to the famous port of La Rochelle. There is Andrew, to hand over and collect the keys from you.

A golf course and a tennis court are 2.5 km away and historic villages like Vasles and Méigoute are 5 and 10 km from the home respectively. La Chapelle-Monkeuil is 10 km away and the Futuroscope amusement park is approximately a 30-minute drive away by car.

You can light the barbecue for a pleasant evening and the open kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite dishes. There is no free WiFi at the home, though it can be made available upon request. However, WiFi is available at the business centre for free. Free private parking is also available on site.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
