“We really enjoyed our holiday and that is certainly due to this holiday. It is very spacious both inside and around. The views are beautiful. During the day it was warm, but at night it cooled down again and again. Through the shutters on the windows we could even keep the house pleasant without air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. There was water bottles (for the caraf d'eau), a large cutting knife (for the melon), some plastic jars and even ice cubes. Also a laundry rack and pins, laundry basket made the necessary tasks on holiday effortless. The domain has an offer for those who feel like it and has a lot of peace and quiet for those who enjoy it. It is never super busy and the people help with all kinds of questions, also in Dutch. The owner of the cottage is easily accessible by email. For us it was a very nice first stay in the Ardèche. When we come to the Ardèche with the family again, I will certainly first check whether this house is still available.”

“Very nice holiday villa in a fantastic area where you have all the options to have a very nice holiday.The holiday home has many pluses and would get a 10 if there is a larger fridge with freezer, a larger trash bucket, a good corkscrew and a good baking pan would be present.”

“Arrival and key transfer via locker in order. Sheets package ordered through Belvilla but not present, then you can rent packages at Allure. Probably a mistake or information was not passed on. Some beds were good but others are due for replacement, you sleep in a well. Spacious kitchen with sufficient kitchen equipment. Shady terrace large enough for 8 people. Presence of swimming pool is a big plus since the higher temperatures this summer. Beautiful area from which you can make many walks.”

About the holiday home

This magnificent 4-bedroom holiday home in the Mediterranean style is located in Sampzon. A group of 8 or a large family can stay here and enjoy facilities like a shared swimming pool to swim a few laps and a roofed terrace to enjoy reading a book.

Ardeche River flows just 500 m away and is ideal for fishing or water sports. Nearest restaurants are 1 km away, to grab a bite. Horse riding can be done at 3 km. You can visit Vallon pont d'arc at 5 km for enjoying water sports or buying essentials.

The spacious furnished garden offers a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains. With shared facilities like a tennis court, table tennis table and play equipment, there is something for all age groups to enjoy. Washing machine and heating are other facilities available for your convenience. You can cook delicacies in the well-equipped kitchen. A cot and high chair for the little ones are also there.

Check-in between 4 – 7 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.
