This modern holiday apartment for a maximum of 2 people is located directly in the center of Gröbming in Styria, on the 3rd floor of a holiday home, near the Hauser Kaibling ski and hiking area.

The holiday apartment has a beautiful living room with a seating area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a washing machine and 1 parking space under the carport with a charging station for electric cars. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a view of the beautiful mountain landscape. The holiday apartment also has a storage room for skis with a ski boot warmer. You can reach the apartment directly with the elevator.

Gröbming is located in the middle of the Stoderzinken and Kammspitze mountain peaks, in Schladming - Dachstein, where sport and adventure are very important. In Gröbming there is particularly the Hauser Kaibling ski area with a total of 123 kilometers of slopes (approx. 10 km away). This ski area is not only the ideal introduction to the Schladming 4-mountain ski area but also offers you a breathtaking panorama from the highest point at over 2000 meters. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 7 ski areas in the Schladming - Dachstein region!

In addition to golf, tennis and hiking, Austria's largest adventure park in Gröbming offers pure adrenaline for real daredevils. In summer you can find plenty of swimming fun in the Irdning bathing lake or in the Gröbming panoramic pool.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
