“The accommodation is best suited for 2 adults a small child. There is 1 bedroom where you should sleep with all of them. Our fourth person is going to sleep in the living / dining room with open kitchen. The area is beautiful and a good base for trip around and on the lake, Perugia and Assisi (northern Umbria). Todi and Orvieto are also reasonably priced. The small swimming lake I recommend (and the landlord). Swimming facilities in Trasimeno are limited in the immediate area. Good swimming pool on site. Very limited mobile connection at the cottage is very quiet. Plans for groceries are required 20 minutes drive (if you are used to the road) for a real assortment. Good little restaurant in Castel Rigone if you do not feel like storing up delicious pizza, but ask for what's not on the menu.”

“We had to search, in June 2013, with navigation coordinates from the booking letter arrived from somewhere else. Nevertheless found that we had never want to miss. In a valley, surrounded by nature, a single farm, and here and there some sheep, this well maintained mini park with neat cottages. Space for lounging, swimming, contacts and yet also be on you. “Vacation 07-09-2013 t / m 21-09-203 cottage is clean on arrival. Owner is already waiting for us (it was called ahead). She speaks in italian keywords so you can understand her fine but ask something is difficult, we have not had any days neighbors and perhaps that saves enormously in the perception of privacy. We found the beds hard, but that's very personal. In the bedroom is a horgordijn, which improved sleep. Opinion of the owner was to close the shutters do. We thought this would be, but for the cats later proved to be a real inbrekersduo, what our neighbors behind duped. Pad on In the cottage is plenty of cutlery, plates etc present. Own kettle and coffee included (last was in italian version available so ... for lovers. Pool was large and was regularly shoveled. Who can not stand silence, carrots sweat with hairpin turns, "evening of entertainment does not this cottage suitable. Remarkably, therefore, that every Dutchman spoke of rest. “It is a beautiful apartment, with pool next to it. A warm climate with a dip in the pool is also very nice. The owners have also been very helpful and there is a lot of nature and culture in the area, and even a day trip to Rome by train is possible. The only drawback (advantage for some) is that the phone around the house has no range.”

“The stay was all in all we liked the area is fantastic and still fairly central (Perugia 20 km away), the kitchen is not really extensively equipped kitchen including a kettle or coffee can opener. Since we were little inside we have suffered little from the sober living (1 sofa bed, a dining area and small TV tje) what is annoying is that you have to share with the neighbors so there is not really there is privacy. Terrace The pool, however, is fantastic, very spacious and equipped with plenty of couches and seating and is well maintained by the eigenaars.Eigenaars are nice but only speak Italian, in our case we were able to save us a lot with the gebaren.Frits Vroome”

“Decent accommodation and all amenities. Pool was great. Since the other families regularly went to nearby attractions, it was quiet at the pool. Rome (2.5 hours) and Florence (1.5 h) are easy to travel by train. There are several walking trails of varying distances and difficulty in the area. The iswelaan recommended that early in the season to go away because it can be quite warm and you do not go anywhere sheltered. The owner is very friendly and hands and feet together communiceren.Aan we could recommend is to have a real Italian cuisine to visit. So not at the appropriate tourist locations. Then you get 1 November voorgeschteld course menu with typical Italian cuisine and exceptional local wines.”

“Wonderful stay, beautiful views, nice pool, clean, nice managers, nothing wrong with that. Can be crowded during weekends in preseason because of rent per night, many day trippers who come and go. Good beds, we slept wonderfully quiet :-). Seats apartment better, am still looking for nice apartment with nice chairs where you can read just fine .... down even further had a great holiday, fun trips that in nearby Cortona, Montepulciano, Panicale, Gubbio and many smaller wonderscone villages ... really worth. Administrators only sell cheese, pecorino, yummy! on whether they have other zksen (oil, wine etc) selling: nope ... others were to hear that. Plenty of local business for sale in the area. Ideal vacation spot, so would book again, value for money.”

“After a warm welcome we were able to quickly find the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Although almost all inhabited stay, we noticed this little. From the house we could quickly reach all necessary. Both the highway, the railway station and shops are within a beam of 15 to 30 minutes. The pool is more than sufficient, but if for us slightly warmer (between 24 and 25 degrees). The owners told us that they own cheese, wine and oil produced, without being intrusive. We tried all three and went with a stock return home. Definitely recommended the cheese and wine! Also they could refer us to the best restaurant in the area, which greatly appreciated. "At night there is little movement and we went to Lake Trasimeno, which was a bit of fun. The house itself was very well equipped. Was not present: microwave, dishwasher and kettle. What is not mentioned and it is available a washer. We would highly recommend this verblijg. After a day in Rome, Florence, Sienna, Issisi, Perugia, .... you will definitely return here to rest.”
