This standard studio features living area with flat screen TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided. Kitchenette is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, trash cans and dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower, soap, toilet, toilet paper and hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided, so as washing machine and ironing facilities.

The Old Town’s central street Stradun is less then 100 m away from the property. The nearest beach Banje is located 500 m away while the port to reach beautiful island Lokrum is located less then 300 m away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 400 meters away.

There is no need for public transit while You're staying here, but if You want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, You can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 300 meters from the property.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
