Guests will find a lovely, well-kept garden, a private pool, a terrace and a veranda where you can cook a barbecue or share a bottle of wine under the stars. The 8 x 4.5 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 1 to 1.85 metres is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing. If you come with your children, they will find a swing and plenty of space in the garden to play. For breakfast you can have fresh eggs, as there is a fenced chicken coop on the plot. As this house is located on the outskirts of Muro, there are neighbours nearby. This villa offers accommodation on one floor. The cosy, air-conditioned living room surprises with a homely decoration: soft colours, a stone-paved wall and white beams. There is a TV with satellite channels in German, a CD player and sofas to take a nap. If you feel like cooking, you can prepare snacks and simple meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, kettle and table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is open to a second, small living room with A/C. Washing machine with washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment and there is also 1 fan and 4 electric radiators. Guests can choose from three bedrooms. Two of them have 2 single beds and a wardrobe each. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the outside. In addition, there are two further independent shower rooms. If you come with a baby, we supply a cot and high chair on request. The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Muro, a quiet town in the north of Mallorca. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay are quite close. A 10-15 minute drive will take you to the fine beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort. The beach stretches for miles consisting of fine-grained sand. Plenty of beach bars and restaurants serve Mediterranean food and tasty cocktails - you should definitely try out.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
