“Nice place, quietly located but within walking distance of beach and center of Roses with many restaurants and shops. Lots of space around the house, ideal covered porch / built-in balcony with built-in BBQ and through the twisted position of the cottage at the bay a view inland. From the roof terrace you can see the bay, from the veranda the beautiful view of the Pyrenean peaks in the distance. Facility is fine with air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine, however, you have to go through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3. Will be for families with children w.s. No problem, maybe if you were going to go 3 with i.v.m. the privacy. Regularly sweep the balcony to keep the ants on upright. Parking on site. All in all, we had a great time here.”

“Lovely house in the middle of a neighborhood, with occasional associated nocturnal sounds. Ff almost every morning cleaning up the endless stream of ants. Wonderfully close and yet far enough away from the beach!”

“The house is quiet. The road to the beach is quite steep. The house is comfortable. Air conditioning is not really necessary because of shutters. Also you can open all the windows put against each other. The patio is nice to eat and you have a nice view.”

“Nice house, big veranda and living. Hardly fresh air in one of the small bedrooms. Very basic, no cozy lightning, no sunbeds, no umbrella, no water cooker, sliding door hard to close. Kitchen was not clean. Costs a lot of extras, end cleaning, air conditioning / day (Necessary in the summer), 𠫆 Wifi / day, sheet and towel / pp. Total extra, nearly 20% of the income. On top of thesis they asked guarantee (deposit). The location to get and return the key and money is in a busy street without house number in another city. So we think it is a nice house, basic facilities and lousy rental organization.”

“Nice house, great location, clean, nice area for excursions. When the key address is always someone who speaks Dutch. Besides a washing machine a dishwasher! House is free, no problems with neighbors. Air conditioning is available, here you have to pay extra for, but not required, cottage is well cool. Very satisfied!”

“THIS HOUSE IS EXCELLENT GELEGEN.DE GOES AWAY AT THE END OR SIGNIFICANTLY uphill BUT WITH THE CAR NOT PROBLEEM.ALLES INSIDE THE HOUSE IS PROPER AND WELL FENCED.
